A menu designed by renowned chef Daniel Boulud includes dishes ranging from a Nova Scotia Lobster Salad to a Firehouse #312 burger topped with pulled pork, as well as other items to share. Come experience our assorted housemade terrines and pates by Chef Thomas Margerie. The decor combines light wood accents with aubergine fabrics, and light streaming through six-metre high windows. Designed by Yabu Pushelberg, the space provides a backdrop of understated elegance, ideal for impromptu social gatherings in the heart of the city.
